All of our services start with an Initial Consultation. This includes a Walk Thru with you (and may include your Realtor). During this time, I help you view the property from “Buyers’ Eyes” allowing us to collaborate and come up with the best solutions in the most cost effective manner.
Consultation and Proposal — We meet with you (and your realtor, if desired) to discuss your goals, expectations and how to receive the maximum return on investment for your staging dollars.
We utilize our eight-step, home staging process while walking through the home as a buyer would and gather those all-important first impressions.
We give you a quick demonstration of the difference home staging makes by transforming a small room or area of your home.
We will end with a proposal based upon the amount of work needed to gain a speedy sale and the highest dollar amount for your home.

Quick Home Makeover Report — The Home Makeover Report is for homes that are well on their way to being staged and just need a little extra direction. This includes a complete walk-thru utilizing our eight-step, home staging process.
This customized report focuses on the most important things the seller should do right away to increase the value of their home and obtain a faster sale. The report is emailed to the seller.

Half Day of Home Staging or Interior Redesign — This service is for those homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise or are less than 2000 square feet.
The Staged Advantage consultant will be working from our eight-step Action Plan. In the consultation, we began to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home. We will bring in accessories to complete the look of each room, take great photos for your agent’s marketing efforts, and give you a visual of what to purchase that goes a long way in updating each room of the home.
We’ll stop just shy of our half day in order to assess our progress. At this time, we’ll go through the home with you and fill out The Staged Advantage Action Plan, so you can complete the look on your own. The Action Plan will also detail cosmetic improvements, paint color choices, suggested additional accessory purchases and details on what to do in the rooms we were unable to cover, if deemed necessary.

Full Day of Home Staging or Interior Redesign — This service is for those homes that need a little more attention and expertise or are over 2000 square feet.
We spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home.
You won’t believe the difference a day can make! You’ll walk away with a show-ready home!
We’ll stop just shy of our full day in order to assess our progress. At this time, we’ll go through the home with you and fill out The Staged Advantage Action Plan, so you can complete the look on your own. New Listing or Open House Staging Weekend — This service is perfect to make a great first impression for the house that is just about to go onto the market or have an Open House!
The Staged Advantage consultant will spend two full days prior to that weekend transforming the house into a buyers’ dream. The consultant will be working with a detailed Staged Advantage Action Plan.

Shopping Service — We’ll create a budget and shop for those furnishings and accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home (and you can take with you for your new home!)
