“Hello and thank you for visiting my website! My name is Dahlia Geldin, owner of The Staged Advantage and it’s my pleasure to be of service utilizing my 20+ years in the Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Furniture, and Sales & Marketing fields.
During those years I gained a sophisticated eye for visual aesthetics and effective merchandizing. I also gained empathy for homeowners…because I’ve been in your shoes. I know getting your home ready to sell can be an emotional time. (Objectivity and a focus on getting top dollar quickly can be hampered by your emotional attachment to your home. It’s natural). As a designer who has held clients’ hands through this process, I am continually motivated and excited to be a resource!”
Dahlia has been a proud member of The California Council for Interior Design Certification (CCIDC) since 1991 and is Certified Interior Designer (CID) #0231.
Dahlia is an HSR Certified Professional Home Stager and Redesigner and has completed the most comprehensive home staging and redesign certification courses in the country provided by the Home Staging Resource. In addition, Dahlia is a member of the American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners (ASHSR) as well as the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA).
